Competition for the Order of Merit – 2nd Leg was smoothly held at the Clear Water Bay Golf Club on the 4th and 5th of June 2012. The two-day competition was held under extremely find weather and well course conditions. The overall performance of the players was very well. After Round One, majority of the players were in the stroke of 70’s. Invited US Professional C.J. Gatto has finished first round 69 leading the field. Local players Grant Gibson (70), Timothy Tang(70), Dominque Boulet (71) and Danny Kan(71) were only in the difference of one or two stroke behind.
Round Two competition was played in the morning hours. Both the weather and the course were continued to be very fine. Timothy Tang played steadily and finished Round Two with 2 under par (68) making a total of 138 in the two-day event and won the competition. Jovick Lee who finished Round One with 72 chased tightly after the leader in Round Two. He finished with a 67, three under par for Round Two and only one shot behind Timothy and become the first runner-up for the event. Both Dominque and Grant finished with 69 and 70 in Round Two with the same total stroke of 140 for the two-day event to tie at third place.

An interesting side story would be Billy Ma and Tang Man Kee both made a hole-in-one on the 16th hole 184 yards par three on Round One and Round Two competition respectively.
For the Ladies, Ms Jannet Sheng won the competition with a total of 152 stroke in the two-day event.
